Working in the male-dominated turf world can be intimidating, but in this episode members of the Women in Turf Team, an all-female group of volunteers helping to prepare and maintain Pine Needles Golf Course for the US Women’s Open in 2022, discuss how the support of the team has allowed them to take risks and thrive.
