Ideas You Can Use: Fine Fescue on Your Golf Course

Since becoming a superintendent in 2007, Chris Tritabaugh has used fine fescue as an added component of bentgrass playing surfaces. Tritabaugh has had success integrating fine fescue into playing surfaces at two drastically different Minnesota courses. In this 60-minute webinar, presented by the Oregon Fine Fescue Commission, Tritibaugh discusses the success he’s realized integrating fine fescue into creeping bentgrass and offer ideas on how you may do the same at your golf course.
About the instructor
Chris Tritabaugh is the golf course superintendent at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Minnesota. He earned his bachelors in environmental horticulture from the University of Minnesota. Tritabaugh is a member of the Minnesota GCSA, a Class A member of GCSAA and will be teaching at GIS in Feb. 2018.
